How we work
Every search is understood at the level of the real factory process — sector, technology, geography, range — to identify who exists, who is close, and what gap separates a need from its best solution. We do not chase volume; we look for the match that actually makes sense.
- Radical precision. Searches are described at process level, and so are candidate profiles.
- Privacy by design. Searches, profiles and shortlists stay out of public view — protecting both company strategy and professional careers.
- Actionable intelligence. Every search produces a useful answer: who fits and why, or who is close and what the shortest path is.
How we treat CVs and profiles
This policy is short because it is absolute:
- Candidate profiles and CVs are never published anywhere.
- We never sell access to the candidate database. No company can browse it.
- Contact between a company and a candidate is always brokered by us, and only happens when both sides want the conversation.
- Membership in the pool is free for candidates, always, and you can leave from any email.
